BREATHWORK & SOUND HEALING
Breathwork and Sound Healing are ancient practices that have been used for centuries to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Breathwork involves using different breathing techniques to activate the nervous system, release toxins, and promote relaxation. Sound healing involves using different sounds, such as music, crystal singing bowls, chanting or drumming, to create vibrations that can heal the body and mind.
Breathwork and Sound Healing can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including: stress & anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, PTSD, digestive problems, respiratory problems, and immune system disorders.

AIRE-KIDS : YOGA
Yoga can help children improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. Aire-Kids classes use Mindful Meditation, Yoga & Themed Play to guide your child through important early developmental years.
Mindful Meditation is the practice of paying attention to the present moment. It can help children to develop focus & concentration, and to learn to manage their emotions in a healthy way.

We have different levels of classes based on your child’s age and skill level. AIRE-KIDS classes are both safe and effective practices & can be taught to children of all age groups.

PRIVATE 1:1 & GROUP SESSIONS
We offer private 1:1 sessions and private group sessions. Our private 1:1 session offerings include Holistic Heath & Life Coaching, Herbalism & private sessions for yoga, dance, sculpt etc. These offerings are available to all age groups & backgrounds. We also offer private group events for intimate group sessions, celebrations, photography session, workshops, etc.
