Experience a relaxing and supportive yoga experience that will help your nervous system find a new sense of calm and reset. This practice will use restorative poses using bolsters and blankets, so dress comfortably. Optional reiki session during the yoga practice.

What will this include? *5-6 restorative poses using props (bolsters and blankets) to support the body and facilitate a calmer state within your nervous system. *Guided Meditation*Mini reiki for those that would like to receive it

Common Question: What is the difference between restorative and Yin? Restorative is about using mindfulness to calm your nervous system and relax your body. Yin is the practice to stretch and engage connective tissues in a more active movement.

* Please bring a mat, water & optional journal.
