This workshop is designed to gently usher you into the season of renewal through a harmonious blend of sound, movement, and stillness.

We'll begin with a gentle yoga flow, designed to release stagnant energy and invite fluidity into the body, mirroring the blossoming of spring. This will transition into a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice, allowing you to sink into supported poses and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

We'll then flow into a guided meditation that will further cultivate a sense of groundedness and clarity, helping you connect with the vibrant energy of spring. Once your parasympathetic nervous system is activated we will begin to immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, where resonant frequencies will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and releasing tension.

This workshop is an invitation to shed the layers of winter, nurture your spirit, and plant the seeds for personal growth and revitalization. Allow the gentle rhythms of spring to guide you towards a renewed sense of balance and harmony.
