ME & MY SHADOW
This class is a fun and playful way for care takers and their little ones to connect and move their bodies together.
The class will start with a warm-up, followed by a series of gentle yoga poses that are modified for both adults and babies. The poses will be held for short periods of time, and there will be plenty of time for breaks and giggles.
The class will also include some simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that caretakers and children can do together.
This class is open for any age - caretaker and child.
** only one sign up is needed for both child and care taker.
Please bring one mat & a water.

Ready, Set, Grow!
This playful class lets kids ages 3-8 explore their creativity, build happy bodies, and learn calming skills - all with a smile! Join us for crafts, fun themed yoga poses, games, movement, and mindfulness activities that spark their imagination and growth.
Our experienced instructor's will set up an adventure for your little one/s that they will want to come back to each week! Each class will involve new games, poses, crafts & discussion to help your child advance and evolve!
Caretakers are more than welcome to join in on this class with their child/ren.

AIRE - KIDS : MOVE & MEDITATE
Calling all yogis!
This fun and energetic class is designed for kids ages 8-13 to explore the world of yoga. We'll combine playful poses (asanas), games, and mindfulness exercises to build strength, flexibility, and focus.
What you'll experience:
Learn Yoga Poses & Begin Vinyasas: Learn new yoga asanas and begin to flow through a vinyasa, connecting these asanas.
Strength-building Games: Get active and have fun while challenging your body.
Mindful Moments: Learn how to focus your mind and reduce stress through simple breath work exercises and mindful meditations.
A Supportive and Inclusive Environment: Make new friends and celebrate each other's progress!
