AIRE-KIDS : YOGA

  • LEVEL 1 - FUN FLOW

    Designed for kids ages 3-5. A class specifically designed for kids to increase body awareness through play & movement with music, props & themes.

    ** if your child is older than the age listed above - that is okay! This class is designed for preschool aged kids throughout the day, but if your child is homeschooled and you need care while you take a class - there will be plenty of opportunities for them to enjoy as well!

    Please bring water & a mat if your child has one.

  • LEVEL 2 - MINDFUL FLOW

    Designed for kids ages 6-9. A practice using breathwork, stretching, and balance to achieve mindfulness and connection while engaging the kids in themed activities and group discussion.

    Please bring a mat & water.

  • LEVEL 3 - FLUID FLOW

    Designed for kids ages 10-14. A slow flow yoga practice that focuses on linking movement to breath, building flexibility and discovering their limits. Children will begin to engage in mindful group discussions exploring self and group awareness.

    Please bring a mat, sweat towel & water.

  • LEVEL 4 - SOUL FLOW

    Designed for highschool age teens. This is a more advanced slow flow yoga practice focusing on alignment and continuing to link breath to movement. We will work on longer meditations through the use of breathwork and sound healing. Teens will engage in mindful group discussions.

    Please bring a mat, sweat towel & water.

ME & MY SHADOW

This class is a fun and playful way for care takers and their little ones to connect and move their bodies together.

The class will start with a warm-up, followed by a series of gentle yoga poses that are modified for both adults and babies. The poses will be held for short periods of time, and there will be plenty of time for breaks and giggles.

The class will also include some simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that caretakers and children can do together.

This class is open for any age - caretaker and child.
